Privacy Policy

1. File Processing

Most DooPDF tools process files directly in your browser. For those tools, your files are not uploaded to our servers.

The Compress PDF tool currently uses a backend service. When you use that tool, the uploaded PDF is sent to our compression server so it can be processed and returned to your browser.

  • Compression files are handled only for the requested processing task.
  • Temporary server-side files created during compression are designed to be deleted automatically immediately after processing completes or fails.
  • Files are not intended to be stored, shared, or used for any unrelated purpose.

2. Personal Data

DooPDF does not require you to create an account or submit personal profile information to use the current tools.

3. Analytics

DooPDF uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site usage and improve reliability and user experience.

This may include limited technical and usage data such as:

  • Pages visited
  • Time spent on pages
  • General location at a broad level, such as country or region

This information is intended to help improve the product and site performance.

4. Cookies

DooPDF uses cookies or similar browser technologies for:

  • Measurement and analytics through Google Analytics (GA4)

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

5. Third-Party Services

DooPDF may rely on third-party providers such as:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Compression service infrastructure
  • Analytics providers such as Google Analytics

These providers may process limited technical data needed to deliver, secure, or measure the service.

6. Advertising

DooPDF does not currently intend to use advertising cookies in the active site experience. If advertising is added later, this policy may be updated to reflect that change.
